My Class with Lisa Rumsey😍 Back in Nov 2017 I had the privilege of participating in a private class with this lovely lady. Love the fact that Lisa’s recipes are simple to follow, nutritious, delicious and a little slice of French heaven for Coeliac suffers. That fact that you can actually work and shape the bread dough just blew me away. What a good feeling to be able to actually ‘ play ‘with that dough😁 Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa . Sadly our day came to an end all too quickly. My granddaughter Jade will now get to reap the benefits of Lisa’s knowledge and loves the fact that she will be eating French cuisine . Thank you so much for a wonderful day Cheers.

“Dear Lisa Thank you for the wonderful Gluten Free classes, I had acquired skills and confidence through the simplicity of your teaching and your way to make me feel confident and expand my knowledge and try new recipes. Is wonderful to know that there is someone like you so knowledgeable, approachable and kind even though I have to travel to the other side of the Atlantic to participate in your wonderful classes. It was such an enjoyable experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you……you have made my gluten free life easier. PS. The kindness you showed in making a special tea to relieved my cold was greatly appreciated.”

“Lisa has made it EASY to succeed at baking great gluten free stuff.

Once you’ve been taught how by this hilarious lady, you will WANT to eat gluten free.

If you can get to her class: GO!”

“While Lisa lived in Singapore luckily for our family our paths crossed. Recipes from Lisa’s cooking classes are baked at the very least weekly in our household. School lunch boxes benefit from the nut free (or not) granola bar or quinoa and brown rice crackers recipes.
At any mention of a picnic my children are asking, no begging, for us to make Lisa’s gluten free bagels. Lisa’s recipes are not only nutritious and delicious, they are user friendly and with the little tips and tricks learnt from Lisa those gluten free failures (everyone seems to have) are few and far between.”

“Lisa is GREAT!

We decided to go glutenfree half a year ago. Lisa has completely changed our way of cooking. I used to struggle through the glutenfree section at the supermarket and anything i cooked didnt quite taste the same as when we were still on our gluten diet. I will spare you the comments of my family members,…. but it was all quite discouraging.

Lisa gave me the tools, recipes and confidence to make a healthy, tasty glutenfree meal for the family. She explains everything very well and has a stack of tips on how to convert your fravorite family recipe to a gluten free version. Her bread and financiers are to die for!

I also very much appreciate that I can call, or sms her if i have questions ! She is incredibly knowlegeable.

Thank you!!!!!”

“Lisa Rumsey is a fabulous cookery teacher and I feel privileged to have been to some of her gluten free classes, whilst living in Singapore.
She is extremely approachable, kind and passionate in her pursuit of gluten free excellence.
She is very knowledgeable about gluten free cooking, both with the preparation and substitution of ingredients, which has enabled me to have a greater confidence to experiment with recipes and ingredients myself.
I would thoroughly recommend Lisa as a teacher and only wish she lived closer to my home in London.”

“I have been on a gluten free diet for about 4 years and have tried a lot of recipes, a lot of which were terrible. Then I found Lisa and her cooking class in Singapore and attended about 4 courses and I haven’t looked back (or looked at many gluten free recipes after that).

Lisa’s recipes are easy to follow and delicious, my non-gluten free friends and family have asked for recipes (which I don’t share, Lisa!). My understanding on gluten free ingredients and flours has increased dramatically and I can now confidentially swap ingredients.

I miss Lisa, since she moved away from Singapore, and I am the first one to sign up for her classes when she does visit once a year!”

“There’s too many GF baking recipe but not guarantee delicious. I’ve been looking for quite sometime, tried but the result was not satisfy me. Thanks God I meet Lisa. Her recipes, ideas, knowledge, creativity and passionate – wrap in one person.
I love much your class, Lisa! Merci bien❤”

“I have been lucky enough to attend two of Lisa’s gluten-free baking classes in her home in the western suburbs of Paris. As a somewhat reluctant baker, I was concerned my skills wouldn’t be up to scratch but I needn’t have worried. Lisa is a patient teacher who explains everything so clearly, it all makes sense. I was very proud to be able to return home, laden with the fruits of our labours. Family members (those who require a gluten-free diet and those who don’t) declared the products to be absolutely delicious. I now have a list of requests to make them all again! I would highly recommend these classes. They are not only very informative; they are good fun and a bit of a giggle as well!”

“Lisa’s classes are fun and informative. With a mix of savoury and sweet creations, the recipes are suitable for everyday cooking as well as entertaining your GF friends. Most importantly for me is Lisa’s understanding and thorough explanation of the nutritional value of the many different flours available and why some work better than others. The fun part is sitting together and enjoying the delicious creations at the end.”
