My Class with Lisa Rumsey😍 Back in Nov 2017 I had the privilege of participating in a private class with this lovely lady. Love the fact that Lisa’s recipes are simple to follow, nutritious, delicious and a little slice of French heaven for Coeliac suffers. That fact that you can actually work and shape the bread dough just blew me away. What a good feeling to be able to actually ‘ play ‘with that dough😁 Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa . Sadly our day came to an end all too quickly. My granddaughter Jade will now get to reap the benefits of Lisa’s knowledge and loves the fact that she will be eating French cuisine . We decided to go glutenfree half a year ago. Lisa has completely changed our way of cooking. I used to struggle through the glutenfree section at the supermarket and anything i cooked didnt quite taste the same as when we were still on our gluten diet. I will spare you the comments of my family members,…. but it was all quite discouraging.
Lisa gave me the tools, recipes and confidence to make a healthy, tasty glutenfree meal for the family. She explains everything very well and has a stack of tips on how to convert your fravorite family recipe to a gluten free version. Her bread and financiers are to die for!
I also very much appreciate that I can call, or sms her if i have questions ! She is incredibly knowlegeable.

“I have been lucky enough to attend two of Lisa’s gluten-free baking classes in her home in the western suburbs of Paris. As a somewhat reluctant baker, I was concerned my skills wouldn’t be up to scratch but I needn’t have worried. Lisa is a patient teacher who explains everything so clearly, it all makes sense. I was very proud to be able to return home, laden with the fruits of our labours.
